Huffmans Wed Fifty Yea rsMr. and Mrs. Wilfred Huffman of 518 W. Bacon Road, Hillsdale, will be honored at an open house celebration of their fiftieth wedding anniversary on Saturday, March 27, from 3 to 6 p.m. at their farm home.Mabel Laud and Wilfred Huffman were married March 27, 1926, at the Methodist parsonage. Attendants were ]Isabel Seeley and Duncan Meyers. The .Huffmans have been lifelong residents ,of Hillsdale County, and Mr. Huffman lt;was a livestock dealer for many years, and has recently been engaged in farming. Mrs. Huffman has worked as a seamstress for clothing manufacturers in the area since 1920.The open house is being planned by their three children, Edward Huffman of Sunnyville, Calif., Mary Jean Rogers of Coldwater and Nora Ellen Haminond Iof Troy. \tMR.
