POLICEwas charged with indecent exposure Wednesday, police said.James Michael Grasso, 25, of the 1500 block of Winnie, was taken into custody in the 1400 block of Sealy after a brief chase,police said.Grasso was in Galveston County Jail on £500 bond Wednesday, jail officials said.SAILORS OVER THE SIDEGALVESTON — Seven sailors from the USS Lexington received minor injuries when their car went over the seawall early Wednesday morning, police said.Four men and two women were released from John Sealy Hospital in good condition with contusions, a hospital spokeswoman said.The driver of the vehicle, a 23-year-old male from New Jersey was released in fair condition with closed head injuries, thespokes woma n sa i d.Police said the rental car, a 1988 Chevrolet Berretta. was traveling southbound on 45th Street and turning left onto Seawall Boulevard when another car ran a red light, causing the Berretta to lose control.Police have not located the car and no citations were issued.GARAGES BURGLARIZEDGALVESTON — Two adjacent garages were burglarized between 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and 6:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 4800 block of Avenue S. Shrimp, meat and a chain saw worth value $440 were taken from one garage.
