I -Birthday DinnerOn Sunday, March 7, a surprise was given Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Cooper, o* Posey township, to celebrate the 67th anniversary or Mrs. Cooper’s birth which was on the 4th of March and also Mr. Cooper’s birthday anniversary which was on the 8th, the Sunday between the two dates being chosen by the children that the iur-prise might be complete. All came with well filled baskets and prepared a bountiful dinner which all seemed to enjoy. Mr. Faith was invited to come with his camera and he took a picture of the group. Some excellent music was furnished by Robt. Cooper and Jesse Love on the violin and guitar. Mr. and Mrs, Cooper’s children are all living and all but the youngest daughter, Mrs. John Shoe* maker were present. Those present on that day were Mrs. John Love and family, Mrs. Ida McKinney and family, William Cooper and family, also their son Robt. Cooper, and John Lowe, makiDg twenty three. About four o’clock they departed for their homes wishing Mr. and Mis. Cooper many more such happy days. YZ
