He would like to accept these offers, hut from the standpoint that his bojs I have had a most strenuous season, he has been forced to refuse.It is late in th-' wasoii for basketball, and the athletes of St. Johns are turning to baseball. In past rfeasons this school has always had a baseball team to be proud of, and I from present Indication* the samel rule will preside. Practice will be called Just as soon a* the weather will permit and the grounds in good condition.The aaron thing will happen with Dolphos Hi. Already active preparations are going on. It js confidently expected, judging from the amount of enthusiasm, that the strongest team La the history of the school will be the result.
