Elect Council For Keeneyville Fire LeagueEight men were elected to form : a council at the meeting of mem-! bers of the Keeneyville Fire Pro- . teetion League Wednesday evening. About half uf the 71 mem-bers were present.These elected were- Glenn Do Vooght, president; Henry Bur-graef, treasurer, and six directors, Wm. Reynolds, F. X. Miller, Bernard Beeson, Otto Zischkc. A1 falter and Jack Martin.The league is completely organized and now has $1,165 in the treasury. The council will meet once a ntunih and will handle all business affairs. They plan to purchase equipment as soon as possible.The membership drive is still or/, and all members of the council are eligible to collect the $15 oi- more from those interested in joining. The quicker they get all out! support the sooner they willbe able to purchase adecjuatefire equipment.Volunteer firemen wore enrolled at tins meeting.
