About thirty-five were present.The principal feature of the meeting was the adoption of the constitution and by-laws. It was decided to hbld meetings the first Thursday of each month. The next meeting will be held April 6. Six plays are to be staged annually.Those desiring membership were then asked to sign and pay their dues which were fixed at $1. Those signing were:E. I. C club iA nominating committee was appointed as follows:Dr. Mattner, Mrs. Hezmalhalch, Mrs. Henry Matter, Miss Jennie Fridd and Franklin Howett. They are to nominate eleven members to be proposed at the next meeting to serve on the executive committee. A publicity committee including William Rapp, chairman, Miss Fink, Mrs. Stuelke, Miss Coombs and Mrs. Covey was named.Mrs. K. K.
