Birthday Partyj . .• _ *A birthday party ivas held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Morrison, east of the city, in honor of Mrs. Morrison’s seventieth birthday anni-f :Versary, Sunday. A large number of relatives and friends were present. A vey 'delicious dinner was served. Mrs. Morrison received several presents, one of which was a bible. The afternoon was spent in playing ana singing selected hymns. The guests left, wishing Mrs. Morrison many more happy birthdays. The guests were Mr. and Mrs. Morrison, Mrs. Callie Briscoe, and daughter, Eva-line, of Hazleton; Mrs. Mattie-Phil lips and son, 'Randall, of Union; Gardner Thompson, of Vincennes; Mrs. Carl Owen and daughter, Sopbroiia. of Mt. Cartnel; Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Morrison and children May, Grace, Murl, Woodrow, Bernice, rNadine and Doyle, of Hazelton; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Morrison and two sons Ralph and Wilbur, of Declser; JHarvey Pierce, Thompson and Florence Mor rison, of this vicinity .
