Perry will be celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary on March 23 from 2-4 p.m. in the dining room of the Gospel Kingdom Church, 5th and Cherry Streets.Mr. Perry and the former Stella Strothers were married on March 29,1936 by Rev. Paul J. Beidlemen at the Rochester Christian Church.The reception will be hosted by the couple’s three children - Leonard J. Perry Jr. of Allendale; Larry Penw and Pat Deisher, both of Mt. Carmel. The Percy's also have nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.All friends and relatives are invited to help the couple celebrate. They request your presence in place of gifts.
