Oregon, February 23, -1022, for the following - purposes: ■•To perpetfiato -the name of the Old Oregon. Trail from the Missouri river, through, the stulcs of Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Idaho and Oregon,- and into Washington, and- by so doing to honor the. memory or those brave pioneer, men'and women who faced the perils of a savage land to carve out new names In the Oregon country..
