1. WHITELAW TWHITELAW, March 14, — A box of garments and knitted articles was shipped to headquarters at Edmonton from the local Red Cross* this week.Mrs. Chas. Bray left Saturday for Edmonton, where she will receive medical treatment.Mrs. E. Olstad entertained a number of ladles “at bridge last Wednesday evening.Mrs. L. N. Fox is spending a week as the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bollman, Golden Meadow.Mr; and Mrs. Joe Haivorsofl entertained friends at their home Sunday night at a three-table bridge.IMrs. Wm. Bowden left Thurso day’s train to visit with her daughter, Mrs. K. Green, Wet-askiwin, and will also visit relatives ’ at Calgary and other points before returning home.Mr. and Mrs. T. A.
