SulPhone 482-4259ntary 26th the 1953-54(Grades VI, VET and VIII) class of the Happy Thought School held a class reunion at tire home of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Gowryluk (nee Unik) to honour Mr. Frank Wesley, their teacher at that time, and who was also a new-comer to the district, with a surprise birthday party Twenty-four students attended with their spouses, many of whom now live out of the district, including Mr. Ted Kress and his wife who motored out from Minneapolis, Minn.for the occasion. A never to be forgotten eveningwas spent reminiscing anddancing. Following a delicious supper, Mr. Wesley was presented with a gift bv Mrs. RuthUhrvn (nee Yaremchuk) on behalf of all the guests present.In charge were Mrs. RuthTJhryn, Mrs. Ann Gowryluk andMrs. Sandra Raeicot (nee Ya-remchuk).parish council. Various discus sions followed. A delicious luncl was served by the hostesses Mrs. May Kenny and Mrs. Am Bryll. Draw winners were: 1 Ethel Marshall, 2. Julia Kohan chuk, 3. Elsie Nova. The nex meeting will be announced ii the church bulletin.^ The St. Mary’s Ukminiai Catholic Church members he]-: a whist drive on Saturday March 11th at the church audi tori urn.
