Mr,, Mrs. Short 45 Years MarriedForty-five years of marriage^, were celebrated here, Tuesday, by Mr. and Mrs. George Short, residents of Rivera since 1951. The couple farmed In the Pettapiece district for 40 years previous to that time. Mr, Short's health is fair, but Mrs. Short enjoys thebest of health.Members of their family were present with the exception of one 1 daughter, Miss Hazel, of Strath* j cialr. Attending were Mr. and Mrs. I Lawrence Short and family, Mr. i and Mrs. W. H. Homibrook and j family, and Mr. and Mrs. M. A. I Westwood and family. They presented their parents with a set of door chimes. There are eight grandchildren.
