Trumpowers Wed 25 YearsMr. and Mm. Harris L. Trum-power. Big Pool, Ml. celebrated their twenly-fjfth wedding anni* vmiry on Saturday evening, March 3, at a surprise party Riven by their children at the io* nil h«U of the First Church of God, Orchard Ridge, Md.The hall was gaily decorated for the event with an array of white wedding bells and streamers by Mrs. William Murray andMrs. Lowell Murray.Upon entering the halt, Mrs. Trumpower was presented with a corsage of white rosebuds after which Denver Trumpower sang “! Love You Truly/’ accom* pamed by Mrs. William Everitts.Brief remarks of thanks and appreciation were made by the couple. Mrs. William Murray then directed the entire group in several appropriate games for the occasion.Following prayer by the Rev. r, Murray, the group enjoyed refreshments. The party table was beautifully decorated for the arrangement of white flowers and silver ribbon. While candles also appointedthe lable which was centered with a tiered wedding cake rut and served by Mrs. William Murray. Mrs. Albert Cain presided at ihe punch haul.Many beautiful gifts were presented to the couple from the guests who attended from Clear Spring, Hagerstown, Hancock, Big Pool, LitUe Orleans and Mer-cershurg and Waynesboro, Pa.Mr. and Mrs. Trumpower were married on March 6, i»j, and have three daughters, Parcenia and Ida Trumpower, Carolyn Ev-crilts, and one son. Denver Trum-power. They also have one grandson, Gregory Everitts.
