A. Boggs, Elizabeth Jr. (Joti-man, Margaret A. Fisher, and William Fisher her husband, John Hermanus Fisher, William A. Fisher, Parks Fisher, Harry Fisher, CharlesBoggs, Susan G. Bogus, Francis Henry Boggs, Alexander L. Boggs,jr., Robt. J. B. Boggs, Harriet M. Boggs, and Susan G. Boggs, so that they be and appear before our Judges at Lancaster at our Courl of Common Pleas for the County of Lancaster, there to be held on the THIRD MONDAY In APRIL next, to answer WilliamBoggs of a Plea, wherefore they, the said Win.Boggs and the said Defendants, together and undivided, do hold the following describedReal Estate, to wit:A Lot of Ground situated on the north side of High Street, in the borough of Marietta in the County of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, numbered 49 in the plan of the town of Waterford, now a part of said borough, bounded on the east by property of Samuel Bailey, on the north by an alley, on the west by property late of Dr. Samuel Huston, dec'd, and on the south by High Street, aforesaid, and having thereon erected a 2-story Briclc Dwelling House, whereof the said defendants partition between them to lie made according to the laws and the customs of this Commonwealth, in such case made and provided do gainsay, and the 8.»ne to bo doue, do not permit very unjustly, and against the same laws and customs as the said Plaintiff says, anti have you then there the names of those Summoners and this writ.Witness the Hon.
