Ordinance No. 275.• • ■ ' . . ••An Ordinance re-dividing the City of Conners-ville Into Wards, including therein additional territory lately annexed, and defining the limits thereof.Section 1. Be it ordained by the CommonCouncil ot\the City of Connersvilie, Indiana:That the territory now constituting the City of Conner8vSlie, be and the same Is hereby divided into four wards; each of said wards being: located, described and bounded as follows, towit: All that part of said city lying and being south of the center line of Fifth, Serpentine and Fry-barger streets (all known as Fifth street in saidcity), shall constitute the First W$rd,All tthat part of said city bounded on the south by the center line of Fifth, Serpentine and Fry barger streets as laftiresaid, and on the north: by the centerline of Ninth street, Lincoln aveoue from Ni n th to Ten th streets. Tenth street west from: Lincoln avenue,constitute the Second Ward.All that part of said city bounded on south by the center line of Ninth; street, Lincoln avenue from Ninth to Tenth streets, andTenth street west from Lincoln avenue, and bou nded on then or th by Sixteenth street as connected by Central avenue and IIlinois street shall constitute the Third Ward.All that part of said city north of the center I line of Sixteenth street as connected by Central avenue and Illinois street, shall constitute the Fourth Ward. -Sec. 2. All future territory annexed to saidcity shall become part of the respective wards to which it shall be contiguous between,*the ward lines, and extensions thereof, as herein established.Sec. 3.
