75th Anniversary. At the home of Mrs. Belle Weaver, of this city, a happy company of relatives and friends gathered to celebrate the seventy-fifth anniversary of Louisa Clarkson. The event was a joyful one and a surprise to Grandma Clarkson, whose hair is whitening with the frost of many winters. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. Price, Mrs. Hutton, James Clarkson and many others from Butlerville, and Mr. and Mrs. Osborn, from Seymour. The festivities were enjoyed by all, and the social which followed was no small feature of the occasion. Strange to know that while the aged look backward, the young look forward. The presents were appreciated and the visit was a happy one. May Grandma Clarkson yet live to enjoy many socials is the wishes of all present.
