At Fremont, Tuesday, tho organization of the company was formally effected. The officers elected were J. 0. .Sloan, Lakeside, president, F. S. White, vice president; W. E Cunning liaui, of Fitchburg, Mass., secretary and treasurer, and S. Hi inkci hoft', corporation counsel. The capital stock was increased to 11,51*0,001!), and the ditcctors were given authority to issue a similar amount In fiist mortgagebonds. The general offices will be located at Fremont, with a financial office at Huston. The pi ejectors say that work on the construction will be vigorously pushed this season. Mr. J I (jr. Kaney, of this city, is chief en-I gimer, and he will resnivey a portion of the lino at onee.— ifhnh*.
