ShriverscelebrateanniversaryFLINTSTONE - Donaldand Ruby Shriver were recently honored with a din ner party Jan. 13, 2002, on the occasion of their 50th weddinganniversary. The celebrationwas given by their children. The event took place lakeside at Rocky Gap Lodge.The couple was married bythe Rev. C.G. Russell on Jan. ,12,1952, in Hancock.; Donald and Ruby are the parents of two sons, Gary E. Shriver, and wife Pamela, Flintstone, and Alan E. Shriver, and wife Susie, Flintstone. They are the grandparents of three grandchildren, Denton, Stephanie and Rebecca Shriver. All were in attendance for the occasion, including Denton’s fiancee, Amy Resn.Donald is the son of the late Charles and Pearl Shriver of Flintstone. Ruby is the daugh--ter of the late Grant and Dorothy Bible of Flintstone.Donald retired from the Kelly-Springfield Tire Compa my and Ruby has always been a devoted wife and mother.The Shrivers would like to thank everyone who acknowledged this special event.
