M.-J i mMonday March 1st, was the ^fiftieth anniversary of the wedding of Mr and Mrs. James Wiggins of Arrow River.James Wiggins woe born on Mav 13, 1854, near Whitby, Ont.His wife, Jane Ann Graham, was born on Jan. 24, I860, near London, Ont. They were united in marriagf March 1st 1876, in Newbridge, Ont. In 1877 they luovwd to Portage la prairie and in 183 settled m this, district where th®y have lived ever since.Of twelve children, th*e© have ed Two dnughtf r Mrs Frank Gurney. Vancouver, B.€. and Mrs, Allan Gumming, Los Angeles, were unable to be present at the golden wedding celebration. The seven sons and daughters preeent were Mn. VV. Miller, Minnedosa, :Mre. Wiiliam^utberland,t\rrow River; Miss Myrtle, at home; John, Harry and Lloyd all farming in ttds district* and * Lackie» of Souris.
