GOLDEN WEDDING - Mr.and Mrs. Alfred Alcott, who formerly resided at 430 South Franklin Ave. for many years, will celebrate their 50th wed-d 1 n g anniversary Sunday, March 18. Five of their six children are still living, and have presented the couple with 23 grandchildren, 12 great grandch.idren. Alcott was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture at the Soil Conservation Nursery for 18 years. When the nursery closed in 1953, the couple retired to their present home on “Lake Road 5-33, Box 77, Sunrise Beach, Missouri on the Lake of the Ozarks.
