Henry Foster were honored guests, Sunday, Feb. 25th at the home - of their, son, OUn Foster and family to celebrate their 58th wedding anniversary, which was Monday, Feb. 26.t There wasalovely co-op dinner served, cakes were baked by Mrs. Osie Wren, Mrs. Garnet Brown, Mrs. Lola Mericle and Betty Jean Foster, and -Mrs. Ota Mericle brought a cake, also for the dinner.. Ella McCanpj daughter of John and Abigail laeCann. was wed to Henry Foster at the home of her parents on; F$b*, 26, 1803. The McCann family l|ved on a farm 1% miles south of .Wesley Chapel. The bridegroom^ patents were James and Delilah Foster. There are 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. One-y grandson, Francis Wren is serving^ in the navy and is stationed in(iKhode Island.The FostersJare stiU living on the same farmi southwest of Moravia where they started housekeeping when first married.Those preSetit. were Mr, and Mrs. Forest Mericle, Ralph, Dwight and Junior, Mr. and Mrs, Claud Wren and Bonnie .of Albia, Mr. and Mrs. James Kaster{«nd Veril, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Brown, Janet and Delons of Centerville, Mr. and Mrs. Trenton Mericle and David of Day-by, Mr. and Mrs. Olin Foster, BettyJean and Rex. \Afternoon visitors were Mr. and Mrs. John Eaton and Robert Eaton of Centerville, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Burns, Paul Dean, Karen Kay, Linda liee, Paul Burns, bjrs. Allie Boyer, Lola Boyer of Centerville.Mr. and Mrs.; .Foster received several nice gifts'. The children, Mrs. Ota Mericle, Mrs. Ona Eaton, Mrs. Osie Wren and Olin presented them with a blanket.
