It was approved that the Elm City Grange put on the first degree for the Degree Day in April.Mr. Griffin, substituting for the smaster, asking for volunteers to assist in completing the landscaping of the Grange hall grounds and the setting of shrubbery. He set Monday, March 7, at 1 p. m., for the project. He also asked for help iin completing the woodwork and inserting the sink in the Grange building.C. L.
