Mrs. P. G. Campbell, whose serious illness was reported in Tuesday's issue, passed away at the residence of her son-iu-law, the Rev. J, Kingboro, yesterday afternoon, at the age of 59 years. Mrs. Campbell, who ras the third daughter of the late Frederick Garling, of H. M. Castoms, Sydney, married Francis George Campbell, of the Treasury, eldest eon of the late Dr. F. G. Campbell, Medical Superintendent of Gladesville Asylnm.Mr. Campbell died in 1881, and for the last 10 years hie widow spent most of her life under the roof of her daughter, Mrs. Kinghorn. On Friday last, Mrs, Kingboro and family feft for a holiday on the Kurrajong, bnt she was recalled on Monday, her mother having been suddenly stricken down. The immediate cause of death was paralysis and Bright’s disoase. The deceased lady waa well known and highly respected both in Batbnrst and Orange, and Mr. and Mrs. Kinghorn receivee general sympathy in their bereavement. The faneral takes place to-day.
