Mrs. John Fall of Logan St. was hostess for a pre-nuptial shower recently in honor of her future sister-in-law, Miss Mary Frances Lafferty, fiance of Airman Second Class Arthur E. Fall. He arrived home Sunday from Barksdale Air Force Base, Shreveport, La.,where he is stationed,The couple will be married at 9 a.m. Saturday in Holy Name Cathedral. The open church cdhe-mony will be followed by a reception at 7 p.m. in CathedralAuditorium.Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Fall of 720Slack St., parents of the prospective bridegroom, will be hosts for the rehearsal dinner Thursday.Mr. and Mrs. Dan Lafferty of 220 Sunset Blvd. are the parentsof the bride-to-be.Twenty guests were entertained at the party in Mrs. John Fall’s home.
