Hollo-well:Beginning March I, lOOtf, the postmaster at Burlington, Iowa, willmake up and forward by Hurllngtonand St. Louis express train No. 4, daily except Sunday, pouch each for Viele and Mont rose, Iowa, Alexandria, Canton, La (1 range and Hannibal, Mo.These ponchos will be returned with mail to the liurlingtou office in pouch addressed thereto with same frequency by Hurllngton and St. lamia express train No. 3.In effect same date, the Fort Madison post office will make up and dispatch via Burlington and St. Louisexpress train No. I, daily except Sunday, pouch each for Viele and Montrose, Iowa, Alexandria, Canton, La Grange and Hannibal, Mo, Alsopouch for Quincy, HI. These pouches will all be returned from these points with mail to the Fort Madison office in pouch addressed thereto by Burlington and St. Louis express train No: 3 with the same frequency.
