MR. MRS. ARSENt' BISSONWILD ROSE BEEF CLUBThe Feb. meeting of the Wild Rose Central Beef Club was held at the home of Brent Feige on the 14th of Feb., 1977. Meeting was started by the saying of the club pledge.Record books, focus and 4H pamphlets along with a magazine on showing your calf were discussed. Bowling was also discussed and will be looked into.Guest speaker Dr. Anderson of the Health of Animals,Debden Couple Honoured On 55th AnniversaryOn Sunday, Feb. 13,1977 Mr. Mrs. Arsene Bisson of Debden celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary. A come and go tea was held in their home that afternoon with some of their children as hosts. Dassise Bisson, eldest son, on behalf of the family, presented his parents with a special plaque in honor of their 55 years of married life. The Golden Age Center offered a bouquet of flowers. Several cards were received.Mr. Mrs. Bisson were both born in the province of Quebec. They came to the Debden district in 1915 and 1913 respectively. On Feb. 13, 1922 they were married in the Debden R.C. Church. They were blessed with 13 children, 40 grandchildren hnd 9 great grandchildren. They are both in good health and active inseveral community events.Their daughter Sr. Rita Bisson, Sister of Presentation of Mary of Vawn, was able to come for the day. Mr. Mrs. Bisson were wished many years of health and happiness.
