WristonMr. and Mrs. Wayne A. (Patricia) Wriston of Oak Hill will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a reception given by their children from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the Fellowship Hall of the Oak Hill Baptist Church.The couple were married July 1, 1951 at the Surveyor Methodist Church, Surveyor.Mrs. Wriston is the daughter of the late William A. and Ethel L. Winston of Surveyor.Mr. Wriston is the son of Bertie Jennings (B.J) and the late Sadie M. Wriston.Both are retired from the Fayette County Board of Education with 38 and 30 years, respectively, of service. ^They are the parents of four children and have four grandchildren.Mr. and Mrs. Wayne A. WristonThe presence of family and friends is the only gift requested.
