The presumptive Republican Party presidential nominee talked about “once thriving and humming” Pennsylvania towns that “are now in a state of total disrepair” due to globalization that, in his opinion, w iped out the middle class.“I think Trump personally understands through building and construction the necessity and the importance of the steel industry ,” said Monica Morrill, a Somerset County resident who was elected to be a 12th Congressional District delegate to this year’s Republican National Convention in Cleveland.Please see TRUMP, A2
