SUES FOR §200.000.Frank Donner Sues His Brother I For Breach of Agreement,Accounting of Sale of Steel Plant Asked—Prank 1 Donner Now Living Here—SuitPiled in Pittsburg.Frank Donaer, who has for several j months made hiB home here, has late-! lv filed suit against his brother W. H. | Donner, of Pittsburg, asking $200,000, claimed to be due him under an agreement with hie brother.Mr. Donner was formerly interested in the tin plate mill at Anderson and it was while living there that he married Miss Sedelia Starr, of this city. When the. Anderson mill was sold to the trust Mr. Donner and his brother went to Pittsburg where they were interested in another tin plate mill. This ndll was sold to the trust about a year sgo and since then Mr. and Mrs. Donner have spent most of their time here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Starr. It was not known here that there was any ill feeling between the brothers.;The Anderson Morning Herald, of June 19, says:—Frank Donner of Columbus, has filed a bill in equity in the county courts at Pittsburg against W. H. Donner, his brother, for an accounting of 'stock valued upward of $200,-000, which he says he is entitled to underln agreement with Donner.The action grows out of the sale of the Union Steel company and its affiliated “ corporations, to the United States Steel Corporation, and this transaction is set forth in detail. The bill'charges that William H. Donner, president of the United Steel Company, agreed to sell the plaintiff stock in the] various companies to the amount of $25,000 and that this money was^paid, but the stock was never delivered.The companies were later sold to the United States Steel Corporation at an aggregate price $22,1100,000. The plaintiff says he does not know the exact amount of the profit realized by the sale, but he has been informed and believes it was upward of $7,300,-000.Both.Frank and W. H. Donner
