The effect of overruling the partial veto was to create section 36.25 (16) of the statutes, to read:36.25 (16) SCHOOI Of VI T» RINARY MEDICINE AND SATEltlTE FOOD ANIMAL CLINICAl FACILITY The board may establish and maintain a school of veterinary medicine at the university of Wisconsin* Madison and a satellite food animal clinical facility at the university of Wisconsin-Rivcr Falls. Existing facilities at those institutions shall be used to the maximum possible extent for auxiliary instructiona and research support of the veterinary and satellite food animal clinical programs.Adopted: June 17, 1976
