Mr. and Mrs. John H. WheelerFlorida open house to honor WheelersFLORIDA—An open house honoring Mr. and Mrs. John H. Wheeler who will be celebrating their 50th anniversary on July 1, will be held Saturday at the town^ilr. Wheeler and the former Helen Mullette were married July 1,1922 at the home of her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Marlin by the Rev. S.T. Coldwell, minister of the Florida Baphst Church...Their attendants were her cousin, Mrs. Bertha Goman, and his brother, Mr. Leslie Wlieeler.The couple have five children. William Wheeler of Clarksburg. Mrs. Victor Boucher and Mrs. Lawrence LePage of North Adams, John E. Wheeler of Drury section, James Wheeler cf Rome N.Y. and three foster children, Mrs, Richard MulletIc of San Leandro, Calif., Paul J. David of North Falmouth, and John Davis of North Adams, and 21 grandchildren. , r ».The couple lived in the Drury section before moving to their Mohawk Trail home. Mr. Wheeler who is active everyday running his mltk route, was employed by the State Highway Dept, for 2$ years and operated a dairy farm for 22 years on South Si.Mrs. Wheeler is well known for making blue-ribbon .jams and jellies, crocheting winch she shows at local fairs. Their children have invited friends, relatives and neighbors to attend the open house at the Town Hall, Salurday July 1 ai 7 p.m.
