Phipps, McMillan and Hack-1 berry streets. East Walnut Hills. The bride was their daughter, Miss Lydia Phipps, and the groom Mr. Frank Edgar Sands, of Boston.The bride, a very striking brunette, wore abeautiful toilet of white faille, with draperies ofwhite mousgeline de sole, aud carried a bouquet of white roses. She was attended by her sister. Miss Estelle Phipps, who looked lovely in a gown of pale blue tulle.The best man was Mr. Sands, brother of Mr, Earnest Sands. Rev. Mr. Simpson, of the Congregational Church, officiated.Miss Phipps. Mr. and Mrs. Charles McCullough and Mr. aud Mrs. N. B. Thompson, sisters of the bride, were present, together with a number of friends and the large family connection.After the ceremony a handsome supper was served on tbe beautiful Jawn under the shade of the beautiful maples. Mr. and Mrs. Sands left last night for the lakes, and will after their honeymoon journey reside in Boston.
