Pbipps, McMillan and Hack-berry streets. East Walnut Hills. The bride was their daughter, Miss Lydia Phlpns, and the groom Mr. Frank Edgar Hands, of Boston.The bride, a very striking brunette, wore abeautiful toilet of white faille, with draperies ofwhite mousseline de soie, aud carried a bouquet of white roses. She was attended by her sister. Miss Estelle Phipps, who looked lovely in a gown of pale blue tulle.The best mau was Mr. Sands, brother of Mr. Earnest Sands. Rev. Mr. Simpson, of the Congregational Church, officiated.Miss Phipps, Mr. and Mrs. Charles McCulloughand Mr. aud Mrs. N. B. Thompson, sisters of the bride, were present, together with a number of friends and the large family connection.After the ceremony a handsome supper was served on the beautiful lawn under the shade of the beautiful maples. Mr. and Mrs. Sands left i last night for the lakes, aud will after their honeymoon journey reside in Boston.
