DixonMr and Mrs. Donald Dixon of Carman, III., formerly of Burlington, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a family dinner, their children serving as hosts, on July 1 at the Riverview Supper Club in Dallas City, III.The couple took an extended trip West to commemorate the event, as well as visit a special uncle, Delbert Callaway of Acton, Calif.Donald Lee Dixon and O’Kemm C. Callaway were married June 26, 1955, at Oak Street Baptist Church in Burlington. Donald is retired from Wagner Elevator Sales and Service and O’Kemm is retired from Iris RealtyThey are the parents of four children, Miles (Cathy) Dixon of Burlington, Lisabeth, at home, and Annette and Wade, both of Carman, III. They also have four grandchildren, Brandon Dixon, Kerri Wells, and Mallorie and Alyssa Dixon.
