Orange St. since the April, 1974 tornado, has now moved into the Kennedy 1 Market and Garden Store 1 i building.;• Hayward said the store I will be allowed to have one ) sign not exceeding 30 square ; ' feet.A second sign, not to exceed 15 square feet, may be installed on a side of the building, not occupied by the larger sign.Both signs, Hayward : ruled, must be against the . face of the building and contain no flashing or ' moving parts.
