Observe Silver jAnniversary ?A reception. was held at theOtto Miene hotne in Postville on Sunday afternoon observing the silver wedding lt;anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miene.Patricia Anderson and Paul Miene were married at the West Clermont Lutheran Church by Rev. Nessett on June 18, 1946. Their attendants were Gladys Anderson and Willard Schutte. They are the parents of seven children: Christine, Fayetteville, N. C.; Sandra, Cedar Rapids; David, Michael, Julie, Lori and Larry, at home. Sandra Miene cut the anniversary cake; Mrs. Robert Barnard, of Cedar Rapids, poured coffee; and Julie Miene and Cathy Chicken, served the punch.Family members attending were: Mr. and Mrs. C, B. Kittel-son and Linda; Mrs. Gilbert Anderson; James Anderson, Jerry and Nancy, Clermont; Mrs. Eari Kloster, West Union; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gooch and Renee, Rockford; Mr. 'and Mi's. Mark Miene, Baltimore, Md.; Mr. and Mrs. Don Chicken and family of Burlington; Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kruse and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Barnard and Sandra Miene, Cedar Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. Otto Miene and Mrs. Velma Block, Postville.
