Jr. of Washington county ami state of Maryland, to me the subscriber, one of the Justices of the Orphans’ Court, for the county and state aforesaid, for the benefit of an act of assembly, passed at November q session one thoo^iiiid eiijht hundred and % • * five, entitled *• An act for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors/’ and the se* J veral supplements thereto, a schedule re*of his property atui a list of his credi- '“2tors, on oath, as far as he can ascertain “Xthem, being annexed to his said peti- °*1tion : atui being satisfied the said Jacob ceiUolu er, Jr. is a citizen of Maryland, and Crtlhas resided therein the two years next UMpreceding the date of his said petition; 0,1and being also satisfied by the Sheriff of °*said county that the said Jacob Kohrer, ne Jr. is now in his custody and in actualconfinement in the jail of said county, sas for debt, and for no other cause.
