Marchus will'be the manager of a new restaurant to be opened in the corner room of the first floor of the new Eagle's block * according to rumors current here on Friday.Mr. Marchus, who was spending the day in Cleveland with ,Wm. S. Frankel, could not be reached • for confirmation of the report but friends said, that arrangements for lease of the room , had been , completed an $ that the restaurant will open within a few days. It will probably be called the Parle Restaurant.Mr. Marchus was the manager of the Scheuer-Frankel cafeteria for many years. This cafeteria was forced to close last winter when fire which gutted the Boston store on E. Market-st, also burned the cafeteria room. It was one of the popular downtown eating places attracting crowds of tourists from neighboring resorts as well as many townspeople.
