GUARDIAN’S SALE.—Notice is hereby given that a sale of the personal property of Eliza Pfoutz, deceased, late of Cass county, will take place at her late residence, oi\ Eel River, on Saturday, the 24 th of June, 1854. Sale will he of articles of household and kitchen furniture, beds, bedding, cows, dec. A credit of 6 months will be given on sums of three dollars and upwards, secured by note, waving valuation or Appraisement laws. ________E. G.
