ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION — Mr. and Mrs. t lUiam Black of Titusville, KD 5, will be honored at a 40th wedding anniversary party hosted by their children at the Oakland Methodist Church on Sunday, June 24, from 1:30 to 4 p.m. The couple will renew their wedding yows at 1:30 before Rev- Bessie Maihle. Standing up for the couple will be Mrs- Katherine Collins and Glenn Dille. William Black, son of the late Samuel and Twila Black, and the former Edna Winters, daughter of the late Leroy and Opal Winters, were married June 8,1950. The couple have four children, William B Black, Mrs. Thomas (Mary Jane) Ausel, Mrs. Kenneth (Cmdy) Mott and Marie Ann Black. Mrs. Black is a homemaker and her husband retired from Foster Forbes Glass Plant after 31 years of service. Both are members of the Cherry tree E.U. Methodist Church, Oakland Grand and the Oakland Senior Citizen Center. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and share this special occasion with the Black family.
