A flag of its ownWood*boro may have the distinction of being the smallest county community to have its own Aug. The Woodsboro flog, designed and Hewn by Mrs. Vivian Clipp, was presented Monday evening to town burgess Maurice E. Murray. A member of the Woodsboro Bicentennial Committee, Mr*. Clipp has blended the “Star* and Stripe*” with the cout of arm* of the town’s founder. Col. 'Joseph Wood, to make it simple yet pleasing Woodsboro banner.
