W. j • Smith, Romney, performed the double ring ceremony.The bride was given in marriage by her- father. She wore ft white crepe gown made with full skirt and fitted bodice, with Tong sleeves ; ending in lily points at the wrists, \ Her long veil was held in place tfy • a crown of crystal, beads. Her only ? ornament was her mother's locket i which she wore on her wedding day, \ She carried a white Bible with a ■! shower of white flowers. jMiss Marian Abe, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. She was attired in a light blue gown of lace and net and wove the traditional prayer veil. She carried a white testament- with a shower of white flowers.Garland Bennett, Martinsburg,W. Vs., served as best man for his brother. Merle Abe, brother of tire bride, served as usher.Preceding the bride to the njtar were Shirley Carol Abe, cousin 01 the bride, wearing a pink dress as flower girl and carrying a basket of pink flowers, arid . Master Jerry Thomas Abe, also a cousin, as ring bearer.A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents following the ceremony.Mr. and Mrs. Bennett, are residing in Washington where the former is employed. He is a veteran of World War II. —
