Q. shops at West Burlington, leaves this evening for Old Point Comfort where he will attend the meeting of the American Railway Master Mechanic’s association. Mr. Deems goes to this meeting as a representative of the C.. B. Q. railroad, which is quite an honor, since he is the youngest master mechanic on the road with the exception of A. J. Carney, who was lately made master mechanic at Beardstown.Believe Frank O’Keefe Alive.
