ELECTION DAY — Poll workers In New Cumberland, Follansbee, and Wellsburg were waiting for voters to cast ballots this morning. Today is election day in those cities with a variety of mayoral, council and police chief candidates seeking election. If you have not voted yet, the polls are open until 7:30 p. m.
