are thankful for the many blessings which have crowned their long and happy wedded life.Greeted by Llieir five sons and five daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Ellsworth Kritzer, of town, a bride and groom of 50 years ago, celebrated their golden wedding anniversary on Sunday at their home on Philadelphia street. Two wedding cakes and a wealth of roses adorned the table, where 25 persons enjoyed a royal feast at the noon hour. Among the gifts'received by the couple was a purse of money.Mr. Kritzer, who is nearing his 71st birthday, was born In Maryland, but was reared in Clearfield county, where his wife, who wa3 formerly Miss Annie Lyons, now in her 67th year, was born and raised. The couple began their wedded life In Luthersburg and later lived ill Ridg-way and Mahaffey before locating in Indiana many years ago. They are the parents of 11 children and all attended the golden wedding celebration except one son, Roy-Kritzer, of Clearfield, who was unable to be present. The children attending the event were H. K. Kritzer, of Burnside; Mrs. George Beatty, of Ernest; Mrs. C. R. Beck, of Brewster, O.; Jesse Kritzer, of Blairsville; John. William and Joseph Kritzer, of town, and Mary, Leah and Vici Kritzer, residing at home.
