The dinner served by Mrs., L. Firfestone, assisted by Mrs. W. W. and Mrs. M. M* Firestone, aided by a corps of skillful assistants, was a revelation in the art cuisine—a feast moatsumptuous that was relished by all., AFTER DINNER.The assembled guests were calledJto order by the Resident, t)r* L. Firestone. Jason Firestone, of Columbus, then read an extended and authentic history of the family from 1700 to 1888. He was accorded a vote of thanks for* the add e manner in which he had pre~ pareahis papers, and asked that acopy be given the clerk for record.D. W. Firestone, of New Lisbon* 0., extended an invitation to the family to Hold the next reunion at his home. On motion the invitation was accepted. The date was set for the second Thursday of June, 1889. Solomon Firestone made a motion to extend thanks to Dr. L. Firestone and wife for the hospitality extended. This was carried with a unanimbus vote. To this the venerable Dr. responded in his happy manner and referred feelingly to the death of Alexander Allison, a prominent member of the family, which occurred during the year.It was decided on a motion made by Dr. W. W. Firestone, to hold the annual reunions after the one next year by basket picnic. Dr. W. W. Firestone D. R. Firestone, Solomon Firestone were appointed a committee to select place.Remarks were then made by C.
