RUSSELL PEARSON DIES OF BURNSRussell Pearson. 52. prominent* Adams township farmer, died short-- ly after noon Tuesday in Robert* Long hospital, Indianapolis. Pearson t had been a patient in the hospital 1 since May 23 when he suffered 1st. c 2nd and third degree burns over 40 s percent of his body.f A director of the Carroll County- REMC, Pearson was also vice pres-f ident of the Carroll Chapter of theNFO. He was a member of the s Hickory Grove church.J Bom August 12. 1910. in Carroll* county, his ? parents were John A.TEACHER TO WEDMiss Rachel Hoskins, wno was r the grade school music teacher in ' nplnhi thp nast vear and Lt. Johnand Maude Temple Pearson. His marriage was to Margaret Jones.Surviving with the widow are a son, Dick, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Lou Ann Martin of Logans port; two brothers, John D. of Delphi and Ralph of Fairborn. Ohio; four sisters: Mrs. Mary Jean Van Meter of route 5. Monticello. Betty Lou Tas-key of Lafayette. Wilma Lull of Indianapolis and Opal Collins of Wolcott.Funeral rites will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Hickory Grove church with Rev. Glenn Friar officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Fisher funeral home in Logansport after noon Thursday.
