LUTHERAN CHURCH CHOIR:1St. Peter’s Lutheran church choir are some singers, and don’t you forget it. They have some fine Soprano Alto, Tenor and Base voices. Their prompt and hearty response to their able leader Mr. C. F. Jessen shows that they enjoy their work even on a hot night under adverse conditions.If they had a suitable stage with raised positions for those standing behind the effect would be much j V better. They rendered hymns and' i £ popular songs in both German and e !• ; English with vim in perfect harmony.£ | Their redition of lengthy medleys with quick changes from one tune to another showed an apt and well trained class.
