7mHELPED HIM CELEBRATEBIRTHDAY ANNIVERSARYOn their return from church last Sunday Mr. and Mrs. John Hendricks found that their newly acquired home in Rolfe was in other hands — temporarily, at least. It was filled to overflowing with sons and daughters, relatives, in-laws and friends. Apparently most of them had brot well-filled baskets, for the table was loaded | with good things to eat, and all was in readiness for the feast. Of course John's birthday anniversary wasn’t due until Tuesday, June 9, but out of consideration for the cooks and others he decided not to be fussy about the matter — there’s no time like the present when the table’s waiting. It was a wonderful family dinner, and all enjoyed the feast of visiting and chat that followed the spread. The self-invited guests included the following: Mr. and Mrs. John Ralle, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Zablow, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ralle and daughter, Mrs. Bertha DeVaul, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Buck and sons and Ralph Hendricks, all of Havelock; and Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Pike, Mr. and Mrs. George Miller apd W. P. Buck.• The Arrow is pleased to extend congratulations, and will say that we are indebted to our Havelock correspondent, Mrs. Mick, for particulars.—HFT.-y/////nsr.nnn mriRnxrs
