The 9ledge flew on the handle and struck Mr. Craiglow on the head Inflicting a frightful wound and rendering him unconscious.The wound bled profusely and after a time the Injured man regained consciousness and he was brought to town in an automobile and was taken to the office of Dr. C. G. Axllne who dressed the Injury and gave every possible relief to the suffering man.The unfortunate man was In a very wakened condition from loss of blood and fracture of the skull and was at tiroes only partly conscious. It I* feared by his friends that he may not recover.
